The Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) will declare the TS Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) 2026 results today, May 23, at 11:30 AM. Candidates who appeared for the Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test will be able to access their rank cards through the official website, polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in.The results will be announced from the SBTET secretary’s office at SV Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad. Along with the TS POLYCET 2026 results, the LPCET 2026 results will also be released by the Commissioner of Technical Education.
Entrance examination held in May
The TS POLYCET 2026 examination was conducted on May 13 in offline mode across designated centres. The test duration was two-and-a-half hours, and candidates answered questions on OMR sheets.The examination paper included four subjects, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. The total paper carried 150 marks, and no negative marking was applied for incorrect responses.Thousands of students appeared for the entrance examination seeking admission to diploma courses in engineering, non-engineering, and technology streams offered by polytechnic institutions across Telangana.
Rank cards to be released online

Qualified candidates eligible for counselling
Students who qualify in the entrance examination will become eligible to participate in the Telangana Polytechnic admission counselling process. Admissions will be offered in Government, Aided, Unaided polytechnic colleges, as well as polytechnics functioning within private engineering colleges in the state.The counselling schedule has not yet been announced by the board. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates regarding counselling registration, certificate verification, and seat allotment procedures.
