Despite financial challenges at home, a government school student from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, Om Chouksey has cleared NEET UG 2026 as well as JEE Main and CUET. Coming from a humble background, his father sells bags outside a school, while his mother is a homemaker. Always a bright students, Om had also secured state merit positions in both classes 10 and 12.

Despite the family’s financial difficulties, his parents ensured that Om’s education remained a priority. Om’s journey stands out not only because of his NEET success but also because of the academic record he built before appearing for the medical entrance examination.

It was his parents support, combined with Om’s discipline and determination, which helped him continue his studies without allowing financial constraints to derail his ambitions.

Secured State Merit Positions In School

Om completed his schooling at a government school and made his mark in the Madhya Pradesh Board examinations. He secured seventh position in the state merit list in Class 10, followed by 10th position at the state level in Class 12.

His achievement is particularly notable because he continued preparing for competitive examinations alongside his board studies.

Not Just NEET, But Also JEE

Om went on to clear NEET, JEE Main and CUET, demonstrating his ability to manage multiple examinations while maintaining his academic performance. Consistent preparation, disciplined study and effective time management played a key role in his success.

Om’s achievements also earned recognition from Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav. After learning about his performance, the Chief Minister invited Om on stage and praised his hard work.
