The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level test conducted by the Bar Council of India for law graduates. Candidates who clear the exam are awarded the Certificate of Practice (CoP), which allows them to practise law in India.
This answer key allows candidates to calculate their potential scores. The marking scheme awards one mark for each correct answer, with no deductions for incorrect answers. As per the qualifying criteria, candidates from the General and OBC categories must secure at least 45 per cent, which is usually around 42 marks out of 100. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories need a minimum of 40 per cent, or about 37 marks out of 100, to qualify.
