CBSE copy mix-up due to 'human error, not system failure': COEMPT on OSM glitches

COEMPT, the company responsible for the on-screen marking (OSM) of answer sheets for the CBSE 12th exam, has issued a clarification after a month. The company claimed that there was no flaw in the answer sheet scanning system, but rather the error was caused by the person or institution scanning it. The company also stated that the student receiving someone else's copy was not due to the system or AI, but due to human error.
