Students will be able to access their marks online through the official result portals, including tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.gov.in and the DigiLocker Results Portal. To download their scorecards, candidates must enter their registration number and date of birth.

Results To Be Available Through Schools And SMS: According to a report in The Times Of India, school students can also collect their mark sheets directly from their respective institutions once the results are released. In addition, the examination department stated that marks will be sent via SMS to the mobile numbers registered by students through their schools. Private candidates will receive messages on the phone numbers submitted during the online application process.

WhatsApp Facility Introduced For The First Time: In a new initiative introduced this year, students can now check their examination results through WhatsApp with support from the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency. To use the service, students must save the number 7845252525 on their phones and send a “Hi” message through WhatsApp. They will then receive step-by-step instructions to choose the department and examination category before entering their registration number and date of birth. The result will then be delivered directly through the WhatsApp chat interface.

Helpline Numbers Announced For Students And Parents: The Directorate of Government Examinations has also established a dedicated help desk for students and parents seeking clarification regarding results or related procedures. Candidates can contact the helpline number 14417 for assistance. Officials further stated that supplementary examinations for unsuccessful candidates will be held shortly, while schools will arrange special coaching sessions to support students preparing for the re-examinations.

Authorities Urge Students Not To Panic Over Marks: Counselling and emotional support helplines have also been activated for students and parents. Assistance will be available through the numbers 14417, 104 and 14416. Education authorities appealed to students to approach their results with confidence and composure, emphasising that examination marks do not determine a person’s life, abilities, or self-worth. Officials also urged students not to lose hope or take any extreme steps if their scores fall short of expectations.
