The Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), under the Department of Labour, Employment, Training, and Factories, has announced an exclusive recruitment drive to place qualified healthcare professionals in the United Kingdom (UK).

The recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies for mental health nurses, midwives, radiographers, and psychiatrists, offering competitive salaries and career growth opportunities abroad.

Who can apply?

– Mental Health Nurses/ Midwives
Qualifications: GNM/BSc (Nursing)
Experience: At least six months in mental health or one year in obstetrics and gynecology
Language proficiency: OET (Grade B) or IELTS (Overall Band 7)

– Radiographers
Qualifications: BSc in radiotherapy or radiologic technology
Experience: Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience within the last three years
Language proficiency: Academic IELTS with an overall score of 7

– Psychiatrists
Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical degree
Registration: Full GMC registration with a license to practice

Earnings and benefits

– Mental Health Nurses, Midwives, Radiographers: Annual salary of £28,000–£34,500 (approx. Rs 29 to 35 lakh)
– Psychiatrists
Consultant: £105,504–£139,882
Specialist Doctor: £96,990–£107,155
Specialty Doctor: £59,175–£95,400

Training for candidates

Selected candidates will receive a free 3-month foundation course on mental health and learning disabilities during the visa processing stage, as well as free OSCE training, available both in India and the UK.
