OJEE Counselling 2026: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee will release the round 1 counselling seat allotment result for postgraduate programmes today at 5 pm. The allotment result will be made available through the official OJEE counselling portal for candidates who participated in the first round of the admission process.According to the committee, the publication of the result has been scheduled for July 8, 2026, following a brief delay due to unavoidable circumstances. The allotment covers several postgraduate programmes, while the round 1 allotment results for undergraduate and other courses were announced earlier.Seat allotment for postgraduate programmesThe round 1 allotment includes admissions to MTech, MArch, MPlan, MBA, MCA, MSc Computer Science and MBA for Working Professionals.The committee had already published the first round seat allotment results for BTech, BArch, BPlan, Integrated MSc, LE-Tech, LE-BSc and Integrated MBA programmes.Steps to check the allotment resultCandidates can access their seat allotment status through the official OJEE counselling portal. They will be required to log in using their application number, password and the displayed security pin.After logging in, candidates can view their allotted seat and download the provisional seat allotment letter for future admission formalities.Candidates required to complete online reportingCandidates who are allotted seats must complete the online reporting process within the prescribed schedule to retain their allotment. During this process, candidates will have to choose either the ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ option.Candidates selecting the Freeze option will confirm and retain their allotted seat. Those opting for Float will accept the current allotment while remaining eligible for seat upgradation in subsequent counselling rounds.To complete the admission process, candidates must also pay the prescribed part admission or seat confirmation fee through the online portal.Document verification mandatoryCandidates allotted seats will also be required to upload the necessary original academic and identity documents for online verification as part of the admission process.The OJEE Committee has advised candidates to complete all post-allotment formalities within the notified deadline. Failure to complete the reporting process, pay the required fee or upload the prescribed documents within the stipulated period may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
