The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important update for candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 examination conducted on May 3, 2026. For students awaiting their application fee refund, the NTA has confirmed that the refund process has already begun for those who have successfully verified and submitted their bank account details.

Despite this update, several candidates have taken to the microblogging site X to report that they have not yet received their refunds. Some users questioned delays, stating that their friends had already received refunds earlier in July, while others complained about missing counselling fee refunds or repeated updates without resolution.

A few candidates also expressed frustration over continuous delays despite multiple attempts to update their bank information. Additionally, some users claimed they were still unable to access or modify their banking details close to the deadline and had received no response from the NTA despite raising concerns.
