CBSE Topper: Ayusman Mohapatra has now chosen the PCB stream in Class 11 and aspires to crack the NEET exam. He scored 500/500 in CBSE 10th Results 2026.
During exams, Ayushman Mohapatra focused only on brushing up concepts rather than studying anything new.
A native of Odisha, Ayusman Mohapatra, a student of Aditya Birla Public School, has achieved a perfect score of 500/500 in the CBSE 2026 Class 10 Board exams. The 15-year-old says he did not follow a strict timetable and preferred a flexible study plan. According to him, the key was staying consistent and managing time effectively every day.
Ayusman did not enrol in any offline coaching and has been studying online since Class 9. After returning from school, he would take a short break and then online classes at PW’s Udaan Batch for about one to two hours. He would then focus on completing tests, DPPs, or school notes, followed by one to two hours of self-study daily, he told News18.
He found Social Science slightly challenging. He tackled it by first thoroughly studying the NCERT textbook, then referring to additional material, and consistently practising questions through writing, as reading alone was not sufficient for him.
“I dealt with exam stress by staying focused and maintaining a calm approach. I quit all kinds of social media during exams, and even limited YouTube by using a blocker whenever I felt distracted. Overall, I didn’t experience much stress and was able to manage the pressure well,” he said.
During exams, he focused only on brushing up concepts rather than studying anything new. He revised NCERT thoroughly and practised PYQs, which helped him with better time management and accuracy.
Ayusman has now chosen the PCB stream in Class 11 and aspires to crack the NEET exam. “My goal is to become a doctor,” he said.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 results 2026 were announced on April 15. The overall pass percentage was 93.70 per cent, showing a slight increase from last year’s 93.66 per cent. Schools must complete the List of Candidates (LOC) submission for the second board examination starting April 16, 2026. The submission window will remain open until today, April 20. The fee payment process must also be completed within this period.
