BA, including BA (Hons.), is the most preferred undergraduate programme, with around 1.3 crore students, making up 38.6% of total UG enrolment.

The report states that BA had the highest number of graduates, with 24.4 lakh students completing the course. While it is one of the most popular undergraduate degrees in India.
