ICAI CA September-November 2026 registration begins

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has started the online registration process for the September-November 2026 Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations. Eligible candidates can now submit their examination forms through the CA Self Service Portal (SSP).As per the official schedule, the application process begins on July 6, 2026. Candidates can submit their forms without a late fee until July 19, while applications with a late fee will be accepted until July 22, 2026.The institute has also announced that candidates will get a correction window from July 23 to July 25, 2026 to make changes to their exam city, medium of examination or other permitted details.ICAI has clarified that examination forms will be accepted only in online mode.

Exam timingsMost examination papers will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM.However, CA Foundation Papers 3 and 4 will be held for two hours, while CA Final Paper 6 and the International Taxation Assessment Test (INTT-AT) will have a duration of four hours.Candidates will also be given 15 minutes of advance reading time from 1:45 PM before the examination begins. This facility will not be available for Foundation Papers 3 and 4 and the post-qualification examinations.

Examination fee

For examination centres in India, the fee structure is as follows:

Candidates can choose to write the Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations in either English or Hindi.ICAI has also stated that once the examination schedule has been announced, the dates will not be changed, even if any examination day is later declared a public holiday by the Central or State Government.Candidates are advised to complete the application process before the deadline to avoid paying the late fee and to carefully check all details before submitting the examination form.
