The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the date for the CA Final and Intermediate results. As per the notification, the CA Final results will be declared on June 18 and the CA Intermediate results will be out on May 24.
Candidates who appeared for the May 2026 session exams can view their results on the official website, caresults.icai.org, once released. Students are advised to keep their login details, such as registration number and roll number, ready to avoid delays or technical issues on the result day.
ICAI CA Results: Step-By-Step Guide To Check Scorecards
Step 1 – Students can check the ICAI CA Result 2026 by visiting the official website at caresults.icai.org and select the result link.
Step 2 – To log in, enter your six-digit roll number, registration number or PIN, and the captcha code, then click on “Submit.”
Step 3 – The result will appear on the screen.
Step 4 – Candidates are advised to download and save their digital marksheet for future reference.
Step 5 – They should also avoid visiting fake or unofficial websites for result updates.
ICAI will also publish the list of toppers, pass percentages, and merit lists for both Intermediate and Final exams along with the official results. A candidate who clears the CA Final exam in a single attempt and secures at least 70% marks in all papers is regarded as having passed with distinction.
The May exam session was notable, as ICAI reverted to its traditional twice-a-year schedule. From 2026 onwards, the CA exams will be conducted in May and November, while the January session has been discontinued. “Presently, Chartered Accountants Final Examinations are being conducted thrice a year i.e, in the months of January, May and September. However, in view of the feedback from the stakeholders, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has decided that CA Final Examinations shall be conducted twice a year in the months of May and November with effect from May 2026 Chartered Accountants Examination and onwards,” reads the official notice by ICAI.
