Kerala Plus Two Results 2026: Minimum Passing Criteria
To clear the Kerala Plus Two examination, students must secure a minimum of 35 per cent marks in each subject as well as overall.
Students dissatisfied with their marks will have the option to apply for revaluation and get their answer sheets rechecked through the Kerala Plus Two revaluation process.
Additionally, students who fail in one or two subjects will be allowed to appear for supplementary examinations conducted by the Kerala Board, giving them another opportunity to avoid losing an academic year.
Kerala Plus Two Results 2026: Pass Percentage Over The Years
The pass percentage in the Kerala DHSE Plus 2 examinations has shown noticeable fluctuations over the years. In 2025, the overall pass percentage stood at 77.81%, slightly lower than 78.69% recorded in 2024. Earlier, the results were comparatively stronger, with 82.95% students passing in 2023 and 83.87% in 2022. The year 2021 witnessed an exceptional 100% pass percentage due to a different evaluation process adopted during the pandemic. Before that, the pass rate was 83.13% in 2020, 84.33% in 2019, and 80.94% in 2018.
