The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced the much-awaited date and time for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) results. With DigiLocker already teasing that results are “coming soon,” anticipation among students continues to build over when, where, and how to check their Class 12 scorecards.

In a press release dated 30 April, MSBSHSE confirmed that the HSC results will be declared on 2 May 2026 (Saturday) at 1:00 PM. State Board chairman Trigun Kulkarni said students will be able to access their results online from 1 PM onwards.

The board also noted that this year’s results are being announced three days earlier than last year. In 2025, the HSC results were declared on May 5.

Students can check their scorecards on the official websites: hscresult.mkcl.org and mahahsscboard.in.

In addition, results will also be available via DigiLocker’s website and app.

DigiLocker said in a post on X: “Coming soon! Maharashtra Board Class XII Result 2026 will be available on DigiLocker. Stay ready to check your results instantly.”

This year, a total of 15,32,487 students registered for the HSC examination, including 7,99,773 from the science stream, 3,80,692 from arts, 3,20,152 from commerce, 27,378 from the vocational stream, and 4,492 from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) across the state.
